From raw rock to finished aggregate
Our Process
Raw rock is processed in stages to produce graded aggregate suited for asphalt & concrete batch plants and road construction sub-base.

Scalping
Separates out oversized rocks, clay, soil, and other unwanted material before crushing.

Jaw Crusher
Primary crushing breaks the raw rock down to a manageable size.

Impact/Cone Crusher
Secondary crushing further reduces and shapes the material.

Vibrating Separator
Material is separated into graded aggregate sizes for delivery.
